FNDS no locking

The new FNDS class is completely non-thread-safe, there is absolutely no synchronization for _subdb and it does not use a thread-safe data structure. This must be comprehensively addressed, fixed, and reviewed before this is production-ready.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
