HTTP server blocks requests from browsers

Requests are limited to user agents with "Wget/1.11.4" https://i2pgit.org/idk/reseed-tools/-/blob/master/reseed/server.go#L28

I know you didn't write the code idk, but the git blame doesn't reveal why that limitation was introduced. Would you have an inkling and do you think we could get rid of that limitation?
