i2p 0.8.6 does not install

Description
When I try to install 0.8.6 it installs 1/2 "Base" but as soon as soon as it gets to 2/2 "Windows Service" it freezes and never starts again. I have to exit the installation and can't use the i2p console because it's totally messed up. If this isn't the right place to submit my problem please direct me accordingly. I have posted in the Forum as well in case that was more appropriate.
