There is a problem with i2p installer. It doesn't work correctly if I try to install i2p through a command line (at least in Windows). Exact problems are :
it doesn't create shortcuts,
it doesn't register uninstaller in windows,
it doesn't register windows service (also we need to specify should or shouldn't it create service),
it even incorrectly processes -options-system (it causes installer crash).
