Description
While testing android-0.9.10-0_b1-API8:
Router restarted within a couple minutes after startup, presumably due to IP change (I had last run I2P in another location). After that, got ports-in-use error from BOB, and failed-to-build-tunnels from HTTP client. Browsing to an eepsite hung for a minute, then returned 'router may not be running'.
Stopped and restarted the router a couple times, same thing. Finally went into Services and killed I2P. Then it worked.
Not clear if this is related to other i2ptunnel client tickets, or to warm restart in the router, or in Android. Putting it in the i2ptunnel category for now.
