Description
I was reading a message, and went to logout, and very nearly hit the Delete button, which is the only button available that looks similar to the Logout button displayed on the main Inbox page. I think a good principle of web/app design is to include a Logout button on every possible screen.

This was an intentional change in 0.9.13 to simplify the UI by not putting it on every page. There's also now icons on all the buttons to reduce confusion.
I can appreciate the goals and motivations of the simplification in 0.9.13 you describe. I do specifically disagree with removing "Logout" as an option, however - if you examine practically any major website online that uses logins, it is a fundamental design feature to have Logout available in any possible location, and I think it's a wise one, and something that users of web services have come to expect. The "Logout" button could be set off from some of the others, such as in a corner of the screen (which is common on many web services), so as not to clutter the design.
I don't feel strongly about it, and I certainly respect the work you and the other devs have done, and the decisions you've made. I do think in this case that this minor change would be a good one, though. Thanks to all of you for all your efforts, I am not ungrateful.
