Add MacOSX path name in the eepsite HTML help file

When looking at the default eepsite HTML pages, the help instructions talk about the eepsite path names for Linux and Windows, but not for Mac OS X.

Maybe this is something that need to be write ? ("~/Library/Application? Support/i2p/eepsite/docroot ").

Also add paths for Windows service location? Are there other alternate Windows locations, depending on OS version?
