Description

This is just note to self with some links.

This would be a massive effort, and amount of benefit is unknown, although it could be a big win for pages with a lot of images. Target late 2017?

Requires Jetty 9.3 which requires Java 7. Probably also better SSL handling, coming in 0.9.20. Although you can do /2 without SSL.
