I've seen many instances of this logged over the past day. All have the same hash/key.

Maybe broken by multisession stuff? Shouldn't have. Will need to tweak the logging first to get a stack trace.

To clarify, I see this on the server router. On a client router with the same I2P version, I don't see anything in the logs.

As always, I'm happy to test anything.

Broken in router-side LS request state tracking changes, part of multisession implementation propped in 0.9.20-6.
