Often at midnight network breaks in and it looses nearly all connection, but regain connection.
Last midnight router break all network and did not come back.
Router console did worked, grpahs shown empty, no outbound connection, but also nothing in logs. Looks like a issue in I2P router.

Surprised to hear that things break at midnight "often" - this should have been fixed long ago - see ticket #510 . Could you elaborate?

Re: July 1 leap second at midnight, see http://zzz.i2p/topics/1918 for more info and speculation. Clearly some timers stopped working. But atm I don't know if it's our problem or elsewhere (JVM, jrobin, OS, ...)

Keyspace rotation may have been delayed by up to 15 minutes but it should have recovered quickly. Other issues, like my i2ptunnel conn limits not being cleared, did not recover.

I just saw the graphs of my router do decrease at midnight UTC by 10-80% some nights and recovering soon after.
It could be a ISP network issue, not to be seen the last week. If seen again, I report back. Just wanted to report it.
