Clarification of multiple speed-classes being used in capability flags

I investigated capability flags and looked around in my router console for them. The overview shown when clicking

Router Console > I2P Internals > NetDB > All Routers

shows flags like [caps=BC], which I haven't understood yet (maybe check if this should be described on the help page mentioned below?). If I click on "Full Entry" for the node, I get caps shown as for my router (using Router Console > General > Local Identity > Show). These are like described in http://i2p-projekt.i2p/en/docs/how/network-database.

The speed-classes mentioned on that page do look exclusive, though, while I noticed some routers showing two of these classes, like in:

caps = XOR
caps = POfR

I asked about this in irc and was told X is special and can be assigned additionally. I couldn't find documentation on the "special", yet. So this might be missing. I don't know if this is related, as in P is special, too. But goal probably should be for a user interested to find out to be able to do so?

I am running 0.9.22-0-1~deb8u+1 here, but assume this is not specific to my installation. If I can help with any further information, let me know.

P.S.: It's my first ticket, hope I did right by looking for keywords and assigning them?
