Make screenlog in tunnel manager persistent

The screen log in the tunnel manager will disappear if the page is refreshed. It should persist so the user is able to review all tunnel manager events that have occurred during the session. Additionally, time stamping the events would be useful.

Not adding time stamps, as the messages are solely responses to form inputs. Ongoing errors don't end up in this message box anyway. The primary reason to persist the messages is to go back and see the helpful hints after you create a new tunnel, including the file names to back up, the destination, and b32. This info doesn't need to be time stamped.
