Description
Light theme "Mark All" button missing icon in light theme,
CSS input.markall references nonexistent book.png, making it the only button without an icon.
Dark theme CSS does not specify icons for mark all, delete selected, or clear all, making those buttons different than all the rest. Don't know if that's on purpose or not.
