    33The problem is that without browsing the source code, there's nothing on the I2P web pages that mentions that fact nor lists the countries. I was quite surprised to find such a list myself.

    5 Resolution: there should be a page somewhere on geti2p.net that lists those countries and explain why I2P behaves differently there. Also that the list is computed using information from mainstream media that the i2p dev team considers as a trusted source.
