Just noticed this in the logs… not sure what the consequences are, but I suspect windows has the files busy at the time of attempted overwrite.

Thanks for the report, yes, I think I broke it in 0.8.1-3. You are correct that it appears to be a Windows issue. I'll fix it shortly.

BTW the warning is harmless.
