  1. Restarting from destopgui will lead to router reseed, if all reseed locations are blocked/unreachable. How many /routerinfo-xxxxxx files there is in netdb folder, will not affect the router's reseed decision.
  1. Restarting from destopgui will not make the new reseed proxy setting take effect, unless there is a JVM restart.

Not clear what this is all about. DTG, at least now, knows nothing about reseeding. The router makes its own decisions. Restarting from DTG certainly doesn't cause a reseed now. I think this was about DTG code that got ripped out years ago.
