When you create a new user throws an error :

how can I fix it?

Most likely a corrupted identities file. Was this a fresh I2P-Bote install, or did you migrate from 0.2.5? I'd love to reproduce this.
The Kademlia stack trace is unrelated.

Resolution: no response

Closing because I cannot reproduce this and I haven't heard anything since I asked.
The Kademlia error is caused by a streaming call which are no longer used by newer builds.
