there is a link to a comparison between Tor and I2P in the Tor FAQ:
"See also the the Tor FAQ for a Tor/I2P comparison from the Tor perspective."
The link is http://wiki.noreply.org/noreply/TheOnionRouter/TorFAQ#ComparisonI2P
Unfortunately, this link is broken, and the current Tor FAQ:
https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq.html.en
does not contain this comparison, as far as I can see.

It's still available via archive.org and it was not migrated over when Tor moved to their own domain and started using Trac in May 2010.
For now (at least) I'm commenting out the "See also" sentence but I suppose it could also be "fixed by the diff below:
