Description
I tried the basic guide for Developing with the streaming library available on the page http://www.i2p2.de/applications.html over the latest 0.9.2 version.
The following line of code always results in NoRouteToHostException? while connecting to an I2P peer :

There's not enough info here for us to help. Is the far-end destination up? Does the client have tunnels? As I suggested via email, you should come over to IRC #i2p-dev for help. Haven't seen you there yet.
