icon not appearing in system tray

After update on ver. 0.9.6
When router started Control icon not placed in system tray.
Everything works well, only icon
Changing i2p.jar from version 0.9.5 solved a problem for me

0.9.6 contained fixes to prevent systray crashing the JVM (tickets #756, #912) by disabling it on more 64-bit platforms. See also #506. An unfortunate side-effect is we disabled it on some platforms where it was working.

Not sure if we are smart enough to fix it, as we didn't have a good understanding of it before and were forced to take a conservative approach. In the comments of the other tickets are suggestions about replacing systray altogether.
