Susimail: Add markdown js for plain text content

zzz requested to merge zzz/i2p.i2p:susimail-markdown into master

To linkify URLs and other formatting. Our escaping, especially conversion of spaces to nbsp, defeats much of the markdown, this may be addressed in additional checkins.
