I2p.i2p.2.8.0 fix lease set display regressions

Fixes issue number #490 by removing the stray closing tags which were left in in !218 (merged)

@zzz take a look if you like before I merge it, it's just the removal of 3 lines of code corresponding to the extraneous closing tags. I checked the other /netDb pages for regressions before but it seems that they only ever appeared on netdb?l=7.
